Suspected Adverse Reaction (Side Effect) Report

If you experienced or observed an unexpected effect while using an Aymed İlaç product, please tell us. Your report is assessed by our pharmacovigilance unit and, where required, forwarded to the Turkish Pharmacovigilance Centre (TÜFAM) of TİTCK. Every report contributes to medicine safety.

In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest healthcare facility first. This form is not an emergency channel.

Patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. You do not need medical terminology; describing what you saw in your own words is enough.
