EnfBMD® 90 Tablets
EnfBMD is a food supplement containing potassium citrate, calcium citrate and magnesium citrate together with bromelain, quercetin, turmeric-derived curcumin, vitamin K2 and vitamin D3.
The product is in tablet form and is presented in a pack of 90 tablets. Its manufacture and placing on the market are subject to approval by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye under Law No. 5996 on Veterinary Services, Plant Health, Food and Feed and under the Regulation on the Import, Manufacture, Processing and Placing on the Market of Food Supplements.
The recommended daily portion is 1 tablet three times a day, making 3 tablets in total. The tablets are taken after food. With the recommended daily portion, a pack of 90 tablets corresponds to 30 days of use. The amount of each ingredient per tablet and per daily portion is given in the composition table below.

Product Description
EnfBMD is a food supplement in tablet form containing potassium citrate, calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, bromelain, quercetin, turmeric-derived curcumin, vitamin K2 and vitamin D3. One pack contains 90 tablets. The product is one of Aymed İlaç's food supplement products.
The daily portion of the product has been established on the basis of the nutrient reference values defined for individuals aged 11 and over. As the amount of vitamin D3 in the daily portion remains above the daily upper limit set for the 4-10 age group, the product is not used in children under 11 years of age.
The approval number issued for the product by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye is given on the packaging.

Health Claims
In Türkiye the use of health claims on food supplements is regulated under the Regulation on the Use of Health Claims in Foods and Food Supplements and under the Guideline and its annexes published by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK). In the vitamin K claims the subject of the claim is vitamin K. The source of vitamin K in EnfBMD is the K2 form; there is no separate claim specific to the K2 form in the permitted list, and for this reason the statements are written as vitamin K.

Basis of the Claims
The nutrient claims on this page are taken verbatim from the list of permitted claims in Annex 1 of the Guideline on the Use of Health Claims in Foods and Food Supplements (26.04.2023) published by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, together with the Regulation on the Use of Health Claims in Foods and Food Supplements (Official Gazette No. 32169 of 20.04.2023). For a claim to be used, the daily portion must meet the source condition defined in Annex 4 of the Guideline, that is at least fifteen per cent of the Nutrient Reference Value in Annex 5; this proportion is shown for each nutrient in the table above. The claims included in the annexes to the Guideline are used without an application for permission or a notification to the Agency, provided that the provisions of the Regulation and the Guideline are complied with. The product is a food supplement within the scope of the Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Food Supplements (Communiqué No: 2013/49).
Other Ingredients
Bromelain, quercetin and turmeric-derived curcumin appear in the composition with their names and amounts. As the list of health claims permitted in Türkiye covers vitamins and minerals, no claim is written for these ingredients.
- Bromelain: an enzyme mixture derived from pineapple (Ananas comosus). The daily portion contains 300 mg.
- Quercetin: a flavonoid found naturally in many plants. The daily portion contains 249 mg.
- Curcumin: the compound that gives the rhizome of turmeric (Curcuma longa) its yellow colour. The daily portion contains 99 mg.
There is no permitted claim for the citrate part of potassium citrate, calcium citrate and magnesium citrate. The salts are declared in the composition with their names and amounts.
