Product Description
EnfBMD is a food supplement in tablet form containing citrate salts together with bromelain, quercetin, turmeric-derived curcumin, vitamin K2 and vitamin D3. One pack contains 90 tablets. The product is one of Aymed İlaç's food supplement products.
The daily portion of the product has been established on the basis of the nutrient reference values defined for individuals aged 11 and over. As the amount of vitamin D3 in the daily portion remains above the daily upper limit set for the 4-10 age group, the product is not used in children under 11 years of age.
Aymed İlaç food supplements in tablet form are not film coated. For this reason, depending on the structure of the natural ingredients in the composition, small differences in the colour of the tablets may be seen from batch to batch and the tablet surface is more open to abrasion. This does not affect the quality of the product.
The approval number issued for the product by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye is given on the packaging.
Composition and Amounts
| Ingredient | In 1 tablet | In the daily portion (3 tablets) | Nutrient equivalent | NRV percentage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Potassium citrate | 540 mg | 1620 mg | approximately 586 mg potassium | at least 29% |
| Calcium citrate | 250 mg | 750 mg | approximately 158 mg calcium | at least 19% |
| Magnesium citrate | 150 mg | 450 mg | approximately 72.7 mg magnesium | at least 19% |
| Bromelain | 100 mg | 300 mg | not a defined nutrient | not established |
| Quercetin | 83 mg | 249 mg | not a defined nutrient | not established |
| Turmeric (curcumin) | 33 mg | 99 mg | not a defined nutrient | not established |
| Vitamin K2 | 60 µg | 180 µg | vitamin K | 240% |
| Vitamin D3 | 8.25 µg | 24.75 µg | vitamin D | 495% |
NRV means nutrient reference value. The percentages in the table are calculated on the daily portion of 3 tablets. The percentages given for vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 are label values.
For the citrate salts, the amount reported is that of the salt itself. The potassium, calcium and magnesium equivalents in the table are lower limit values calculated from the composition of the salt; for all three nutrients the calculated values remain above 15% of the nutrient reference value.
The 24.75 µg of vitamin D3 in the daily portion is just below the daily upper limit of 25 µg set for food supplements for individuals aged 11 and over. It is therefore important that the recommended daily portion is not exceeded.

Basis of the Claims
The nutrient claims on this page are taken verbatim from the list of permitted claims in Annex 1 of the Guideline on the Use of Health Claims in Foods and Food Supplements (26.04.2023) published by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, together with the Regulation on the Use of Health Claims in Foods and Food Supplements (Official Gazette No. 32169 of 20.04.2023). For a claim to be used, the daily portion must meet the source condition defined in Annex 4 of the Guideline, that is at least fifteen per cent of the Nutrient Reference Value in Annex 5; this proportion is shown for each nutrient in the table above. The claims included in the annexes to the Guideline are used without an application for permission or a notification to the Agency, provided that the provisions of the Regulation and the Guideline are complied with. The product is a food supplement within the scope of the Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Food Supplements (Communiqué No: 2013/49).
